A Michelin Star Molecular Experience with 2 star chef Paco Roncero
Sublimotion restaurant is located in Sant Josep de sa Talaia inside the Hard Tock Hotel and run by Michelin 2-star chef Paco Roncero who specialises in molecular gastronomy. In 2014, Sublimotion was awarded the prize Best Innovation Food & Beverage and is considered to be the most expensive in the world overtaking Urasawa and Per Se.
It's a multi-sensory experience; you will enjoy a 20-course tasting menu whilst also being subject to 360 degree projections and ultra-violet lighting which draw upon all of the senses to enhance the taste of what you are eating. Whilst being gastronomically off the charts Sublimotion also has a fun side which starts right at the beginning with the edible tickets and follows through with VR specs sending you skydiving between courses!
Despite the almost 3 hour meal time and various courses and drinks at each and every stage diners will leave feeling energised, very alive and more than ready to party well into the Ibiza night if they so wish.
