Our Formal Dining menus present a more classic gourmet cuisine with a structured 3 course plated approach.

When the Formal menus are ordered spontaneously a cost per person fee applies which includes Shopping and Groceries, Chef, Preparation, Service, Clearing and Cleaning of the kitchen.  This fee is based upon a minimum of 7 persons dining.
