This is the ideal menu for a group of friends that want a Sociable approach to fine dining
Our 8 Course Fusion Tapas menu caters to the more adventurous palette taking some of its basis from Andalucian cuisine but introducing flavours and inspiration from other lands. Our chefs use Spanish meats, Fresh Fish from the markets and local organic ingredients where possible.
When the Fusion Tapas menus are ordered spontaneously a cost per person fee applies which includes Shopping and Groceries, Chef, Preparation, Service, Clearing and Cleaning of the kitchen. This fee is based upon a minimum of 7 persons dining.
The Tapas are generally served to the centre of the table to share presenting a Gourmet approach to Spain's favourite style of dining.
