This is our favourite menu choice for members that are first visiting Spain especially if you are a larger group; a real introduction to our varied cuisine and a flexible menu to allow you to sample several different dishes

The Welcome to Spain menu allows you to enjoy a variety of Spanish dishes with the option to choose classic dishes or venture towards something a little more experimental but still deeply rooted in the tradition of Tapas style dining.  We have grouped selections of Tapas options in terms of style of cuisine to help orientate your choices! We suggest choosing 6 tapas which would serve as starters and main combined.  We can accommodate a larger selection if you are a much larger group, i.e 20 + persons.  Our approach is never a fixed menu, we present ideas and are always happy to adapt our menus to suit the dietary requirements and preferences of all of the individuals at the table.

When the Tapas menus are ordered spontaneously (as opposed to when you have a chef hired for a regular daily service) a cost per person fee applies which includes Shopping and Groceries, Chef, Preparation, Service, Clearing and Cleaning of the kitchen.   The cost is based upon a minimum of 7 persons dining.

  • Calamari, Mussels & Octopus Cold “Pipirrana” Salad with Green & Red Peppers, Onions & Sherry Vinaigrette
  • Goats Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms with a Slice of Iberian Ham
  • Ras-El-Hanout Marinated Chicken Caesar-Style Salad with a Yogurt & Tahini Dressing
  • Roast Octopus served over Smoky Creamed Potatoes, Paprika & Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Ice Cold Gazpacho with Chopped Vegetable Toppings 
  • Wild Mushroom Croquettes with a Mild Alioli 
  • Potato & Vegetable Spanish Tortilla 
  • Scrambled Egg with Asparagus 
  • Fried Padrón Peppers with Sea Salt Flakes
