Our qualified and professional team of mixologists, sommeliers and bartenders provide the perfect complement to the mastery that we also offer in the kitchens. We can create a custom bar set up if the property does not have the required facility as well as providing either a full bar service, specific drinks list or a personalised bespoke menu and design.
