In total this house has 7 bedrooms; These are distributed with 5 within the main house and then 2 individual guest apartments. In total there are 7,5 bathrooms.
When walking into the villa you will enter a spacious hallway with the elevator and entrance to the living room. The living room is very spacious with high ceilings and opens to the dining area and kitchen. From the living room you also have direct access to the outside terrace and garden area.
On this floor, you will also find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It has ample closet space, a fireplace and direct access to the outside terrace. In its bathroom you will find a very charming elegant bathtub for some pure relaxing.
When taking the stairs or elevator up to the first floor you will find two more bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms and private terraces with open sea views.
In the downstairs area which is also accessible both by elevator and staircase you will find an area of pure relaxing! There is a swimming pool with customisable jet streams allowing you to swim as much and as fast as you like. When you are tired of that there is a Jacuzzi to relax in as well a steam room and Finnish sauna. There is also a small gym area with boxing bag, running machine and some weights. Furthermore, there is a hammock, bathroom, massage table and sun loungers in this area allowing for the ultimate relaxing experience. Additionally, there is one more bedroom in this downstairs area.
Furthermore, you will find a separate apartment on the downstairs level as well. This is accessed via the outside of the villa and typically used for staff or teenagers that would like some private space. This apartment has a small kitchen, bedroom, sleeping sofa and small bathroom.
Finally, there is another apartment opposite the house. This was made for the parents of the owners to have their own space with bedroom, open kitchen and bathroom. Here you will also find a sofa couch in case needed.
Outside of the villa, you will find a large terrace with sea views and a lounge corner as well as an outside dining area with BBQ. When walking down the steps from the terrace you walk onto the grass and pool area. Here you will find the infinity swimming pool with several sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine.
