Our Property management Department is a separate division of My Local Concierge, dedicated to their industry and working hand in hand with our lifestyle managers. This department covers management, administration, maintenance, rental management and cleaning.
Our Property Management department are a team of professional, honest, multi-lingual people that will ensure your home or holiday residence is in safe hands. We specialise in larger Villas and Estates that require attention to detail and a thorough approach. Property Management can be contracted independently or as an add-on to a Private Concierge membership programme.
Each property, each owner, each situation is unique which is why we offer a tailored and bespoke Property Management service as opposed to a set package. We do have a basic level however included in all of our Property Management contracts.
