Caviar Tour with Award-Winning Chef
This completely bespoke and exclusive Caviar inspired tour has been created for discerning individuals or perhaps a Corporate group that wants a whole new take on the traditional Gastronomic Tour.
The day will start with a journey to Río Frio just an hour and a half from Marbella located between Malaga and Granada. You will be collected by chauffeur car and introduced to the fascinating and talented Chef Pablo Castillo.
You will then enjoy a fully guided tour of Río Frio together with Chef Pablo and the local team, one of the largest Sturgeon Farms in Europe learning more about how the fish are bred and cared for to obtain the optimum gourmet delicacy.
After this unique experience, you will go to their tasting area where you will sample the best caviar in the world which includes their 100% Organic Black Caviar with a glass of Taittinger Brut Reserva champagne and also with premium vodka. Spain’s world of caviar, though lesser known, is just as high quality and delicious as the most famous French and Russian varieties and there is no better way to experience this than directly where the product is created.
You will then journey back to Marbella to have a light rest at your accommodation before your driver collects you once again to join Chef Pablo Castillo at his signature restaurant for a Bespoke 7-course tasting menu with Champagne and Wine Pairing to include the ingredients sampled and purchased that day. The exclusive and personalised menu will include Caviar as well as fresh and smoked Sturgeon meat as well as other gourmet delicacies from the area to complete the experience.
