My Local Concierge Membership
My Local Concierge offers an exclusive lifestyle management service with a flexible Membership programme allowing discerning individuals, at a Private or Corporate level, insight into true local knowledge and access to the very best and often unique services.
Non-members can make ad-hoc requests for individual services and we can also create personalised and seamless itineraries in advance for solo travellers, couples or groups.
For those that require a more hands-on and personal approach or if you choose to work in a more last-minute way, we have flexible membership programmes to provide 24/7 support with a dedicated personal contact in destination. All of these services are coupled with our cutting-edge technology.
Since our launch in Marbella, we have worked with Royals, Fortune 500 clients, Celebrities and a large number of International high net worth individuals making us the go-to Concierge Company for those that require expertise, convenience and a personalised service.
PRIVATE CONCIERGE FEES
SPONTANEOUS AD-HOC REQUESTS
Service fee per request: 40€
We are happy to book individual services for clients at any time without any need to become a member. Simply contact us with your request and we will discuss the options, take charge of the reservation of the service and also handle all elements of payments.
Initial telephone consultation and draft plan: 120€
Unless members connect with My Local Concierge once already in destination Itinerary Planning is always the first stage of working with us. Following a telephone consultation, one of our Concierge team will prepare a draft itinerary plan for your consideration and once all the elements are decided upon we will take care of the reservations and then send you all confirmations and a finalised plan. Our Itinerary planning fees cover the communication and travel related expenses associated with planning
DAILY AND WEEKLY MEMBERSHIPS
Daily Membership: 65€
Weekly Membership: 325€
Our Private Concierge Memberships are designed to suit clients that require a single point of contact at all times. They can be contracted with or without an initial itinerary planning fee and allow for spontaneous requirements and requests as well as the peace of mind that you have an overseeing eye and in destination support at all times. The flexible nature of our membership means that they are easily contracted for short holidays or weekends away.
All of our Private Memberships include:
- A Dedicated Lifestyle Manager
- Access to the My Local Concierge App providing you with a direct line of contact with your Lifestyle Manager
- Unlimited reservations and requests to Companies and Services within Our Selection
- Exclusive benefits offered only to My Local Concierge Members
- Access to exclusive venues and private events
- On-call service 10h00-22h00 365 days a year
Annual price per location: 8995€
These Memberships are exclusive and limited in number; designed to suit clients that have a more fixed base or a residence in a destination and require our services on an all year round basis. We become a part of their staff and provide a comprehensive service which also extends to the family and guests that stay at their home through the year.
In addition to the services included in the daily and weekly memberships we also include property management services as part of this membership option.
CORPORATE CONCIERGE MEMBERSHIP FEES
Corporate Concierge fees are calculated as 10% of the total event cost to include planning and all reservations (minimum fees do apply)
The on-call Corporate Concierge Membership fee is calculated upon request and dependent upon the group size requiring the service.
WEDDING CONCIERGE FEES
Our Wedding Concierge services very much depend on the scale of the event and the number of guests attending with options to have your own website and App included.
Prices are therefore quoted upon request.
Fees stated do not include local taxes or the cost of the individual services requested and booked.
