Our Private Concierge Memberships are designed to suit clients that require a single point of contact at all times whether they are residing in Marbella or travelling here.  Our Concierge reservations cover all elements of a luxury lifestyle as well as the reassurance that we only work with handpicked suppliers, tried and tested for excellence at all levels and many also offer exclusive benefits for our members.  The flexible nature of our membership means that it is easily contracted for short holidays or longer stays with Daily, Weekly or Monthly options available.

Our experienced, deeply knowledgeable and most importantly locally-based team can also offer a comprehensive itinerary planning option as well as ad-hoc and spontaneous reservations services without a membership being in place.

ITINERARY PLANNING
Certain clients that work with My Local Concierge are happy to be a little more “do-it-themselves” when in Marbella so don’t need the dedicated on-call approach of our membership programme however they need assistance with planning in advance. Following a telephone consultation, one of our Concierge team will prepare a draft itinerary plan for your consideration and once all the elements are decided upon we will take care of the reservations and then send you all confirmations and a finalised plan. Our Itinerary planning fees cover the communication and travel-related expenses associated with planning but not the services themselves.

Our itinerary planning fee is 120€

SPONTANEOUS AD-HOC REQUESTS

We charge a one-off service fee of 40€ plus the cost of the service itself with this approach eg. To make a one-off yacht charter reservation you would pay the cost of the charter + our 40€ service fee.
