This is the area between the town of Marbella and Puerto Banús. You will find the famous 5 star Marbella Club and Puente Romano Hotels located within this area as well as residential areas such as Sierra Blanca, a secure gated community and home to some of the largest and most expensive real estate in the area. Properties can be beachside or mountain side in this part of the coast and several and access to restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife and activities is all very straight forward as there is no need for any motorway access.
