On the entrance level there are 5 double bedrooms: 1 double with access to the terrace with sea views; One twin room with ensuite shower room; one room with 2 bunk beds, 1 further double with a small balcony overlooking the pool, and an ensuite master double bedroom with access to the terrace. There is a guest loo, a shared bathroom and a large living room with access to the terrace, a large TV and feature fireplace.
Downstairs, there is a fantastic entertainment/games room that leads out to the pool and garden. There is a bar area, lounge area, TV, pool table and table-tennis set. There is a guest loo and access to the laundry room.
Just off the games room, separated by sliding doors, is the kitchen/dining area and a TV lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances. The centre island also provides bar seating. There is access to the lower terrace with outdoor lounge and dining furniture.
The large swimming pool is surrounded by a great terrace with plenty of lounge and terrace furniture and sunbeds and a fantastic outdoor kitchen area with a sink, wine fridge and gas BBQ.
There is the option of heating the pool for an additional weekly charge.

A 5-minute car journey will get you to the La Cañada shopping centre and in 10 minutes you’ll be in the historical Old Town of Marbella.
