There is a large living room which is very elegantly fitted and features several seating areas as well as a fireplace and television. The living room opens up to the dining area from where you can go to the kitchen.
Both the living room and dining room enjoy spectacular views over the golf and the “la concha” mountain. From here you can also access the outside upper terrace which features the outside dining and outside the upper lounge. This is typically one of the favourite spots as the views are one of a kind.
Apart from the regular areas and bedrooms the villa also holds a cinema room and an office. The cinema room has been designed and fitted with only movies in mind and has a very large couch, big screen television, movie collection and international television. The office is a separate room with a desk, chairs and office apparel perfect for those that require some work during the holidays.
The garden is private yet spacious. There are several lounge and dining areas and plenty of quality sun loungers for everyone to enjoy the sunshine.
The swimming pool has the option to be heated at the extra cost of € 300 per week.
Furthermore, there is a ping pong table for those that enjoy some games and sport.

The villa is located on a large private and secure plot with 2 gates that each feature a private car parking. It is fitted with an alarm.
