There is a guest wc and a shower room, a double bedroom (160cm) and the Master Bedroom with 180cm bed, a full ensuite bathroom and access to the garden.
There is a Studio Apartment with its own entrance. There is a 150cm bed, a TV and seating, and an ensuite shower room.
The highlight of this Bungalow is the wonderful garden and swimming pool. Level lawn and an outdoor seating area, with a covered terrace and dining table. There is a BBQ and a few sunbeds for you to enjoy. The mature gardens are bordered by large trees and palms, proving peace and privacy.

The location of the villa is close to amenities, yet peaceful and quiet, so you get the best of both worlds. It is only 400m from some of the best beaches along the Costa del Sol and the lovely beach restaurant Salduna Beach. The supermarket is a 3 min drive away.
Or, you can make the 5-minute trip to San Pedro for a relaxed afternoon on the golden sand-beaches, or the 10-minute drive to Puerto Banús to stroll the boardwalk and see all the yachts and cars!
