Casa Vella is a stylish and spacious home in the exclusive, tranquil and secure residential area of El Madronal. The Villa offers 4 double bedrooms and fantastic leisure areas that are all set up to soak up the amazing views of the Valley all the way down to the Mediterranean Sea.
Upon entering, you have the main Living Room that leads on to the large terrace with outdoor seating under a partial cover that has grape vines providing partial shade. There is a second lounge and a sitting room with a lovely Yoga area, and access to the terrace. To the left, you have a wonderful conservatory-type dining room with high wooden ceilings and a large dining table. This leads to a second terrace that is set up with outdoor dining facilities.

The lovely and large kitchen is fully equipped and features a Husqvarna gas oven and hob. There is a breakfast dining table here too. From here you can access the terrace as well as enter the kitchen from the garage.
Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; The Master bedroom has a TV, desk, access to a balcony. There is a “Family Room” that has a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. These two rooms share a large bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. There are two further double bedrooms that share a bathroom.
From the terraces, you can go down through the mature, layered gardens to the pool area. The pool is large. There are 4 sunbeds, a couple of parasols, and some additional seating. There is also a trampoline and bathrooms.

There is A/C and wifi throughout, as well as ceiling fans in most rooms. There is a garage and further parking on the driveway.
